The third day of the MegSos Bimtek ASN program began with a refreshing morning exercise session, followed by breakfast with all participants. This activity helped create a positive and energized atmosphere before entering the final series of evaluative sessions.

The first session featured “Engagement Strategy & Public Interaction” delivered by Danis Kirana, Communication Strategist & Co-Founder of Dako Brand & Communication. Participants were highly engaged, as the material was closely connected to their daily responsibilities in serving the public. They explored how government institutions can build more effective two-way communication, increase community engagement through digital channels, and identify public response patterns to improve service quality. Several participants raised questions about comment management, handling sensitive issues, and mitigation steps relevant to their respective OPDs.

The next material, “Social Media Analysis and Public Sentiment”, was presented by Azizun Kurnia Illahi, S.I.Kom., M.A. This session earned significant attention from participants as it directly addressed analytical needs in today’s digital era. Participants learned how to read social media data, identify public sentiment, and follow up on issues systematically using real-time data. With a 20% theory and 80% practice approach, the session included case analyses that made the atmosphere highly interactive and application-oriented.

Entering the core agenda of the final day, participants took part in the Project Review and Assignment Presentation, a crucial element of Kusuma Academy’s project-based learning method. Each group presented outputs such as digital communication strategies, creative content, and implementation plans tailored to their respective OPDs. Participants demonstrated notable improvement in narrative building, content design, and audience analysis. The facilitation team from Kusuma Academy provided constructive evaluations to ensure that each project could be applied realistically and sustainably within government settings.

To conclude the program, participants joined a study visit to the Malang Creative Center (MCC). The visit offered valuable insight into the creative economy ecosystem, digital innovation, and cross-sector collaboration that can be adopted to strengthen public communication in Lamongan. Many participants expressed positive impressions, noting that the visit provided concrete examples of innovation in creative and digital fields.
